upgrade help!

I'm looking to upgrade my camera body and i'm not exactly sure on what I should get so I thought I'd ask around here! Currently I have the xsi and I really feel like I've outgrown it. I've had it almost two years now and I'm becoming more serious with my photography by the day. I've got an awesome lens collection building and I feel like it's time to upgrade. So my first thought was to move to the 50d but now I'm wondering if I should wait and save my money for another month or so and get a 7d. I'm just not positive if the 50d is enough of an upgrade that's going to last me a few more years. but also keep in mind that i still consider myself a total amateur so i don't want the 7d to be too much camera for me to handle hahaha! So any opinions? Thanks!
also so this isn't boring here is a picture i took for fun last night with a new fisheye converter i got for only $30. it is on my lens kit because it was already on my camera and i was too excited to change lenses!

Dad & Daughter

NeilLily

I was shooting some pictures of my cousin and his daughter. They were okay, but nothing great. I showed her the pictures she took and she gave off a huge smile. Thinking very quickly, I turned the camera around and shot another picture really quick before the smile was lost. This was the resulting picture.

As always, comments, criticisms and critiques are welcome and encouraged.

Hi guys,

I finally have a lab to work in (after two very long years), so I'm going back to my film photography roots! My camera is an EOS Rebel T2, and I want to have it serviced before I start using it again.

I know this is kind of a long-shot, but is there a place in the East SF Bay Area to which you might recommend I take my camera?

PT-04TM (Wireless Flash Trigger set)

Testing out my eBay Wireless Flash Triggers I got with splash photography. I've always wanted to try this and this is my first go and they coming up pretty good :)

AC Adapter?

I don't know why I am having trouble figuring this out, but for some reason, it all seems a little confusing....

For a friend's time lapse project we want to set my Canon Rebel XT up so that it will automatically take photos at a certain interval for a certain length of time. The camera will be connected to a computer via USB and controlled with the EOS Utility. I know that we need to power the camera with an outlet rather than the batteries, so we need to get an AC adapter.

I'm trying to research what adapter I need online. My friend is willing to foot the bill for it, so I gotta get him the right link. I can't seem to figure out which adapter I need because I can't envision exactly how it is all connected and everything seems a little vague.

Is this what I need? How does the set up work? Is there a (Cheaper) off brand version?

Sorry, I know this is a stupid question, and I feel pretty stupid for not being able to get it.

Thanks for your help.

Canon 50mm lenses

Does the 1.4 have this problem with having unattractive 5 sided aperture blades?

sunset strip

Anyone using a 0.95? Just curious.
